Masterchef - new voiceover!!

Catching up on the new series of Masterchef the Professionals, and its not India Knight, its a bloke talking!! Very odd!!

It's Sean Pertwee - and no we didn't like it either !

Not fans here either, it seems to have lost some of the drama!

Damn it, forgot this was on! Would prefer the dulcet tones of Sean Pertwee to India Knight. She was always quite grating so hopefully regular Masterchef has ditched her too.

Anything is better however than listening to flipping Dani on Masterchef Australia though - gush, gush, gush.

No - bring back India! It's just lost a bit of gravitas for me!

What do you reckon of the contestants... I rather like Mike from the oil rigs but don't think he's going to get much further sadly!

Skillbo I'm with you - I was really glad to see Mike get through tonight and hope he can up his game to compete with the other two. Not too keen on the other bloke with dark hair, just can't take to him, although i know he can cook and is currently looking like most likely candidate...

As for the voiceover, we're happy enough with Sean's dulcet tones at this end

with you on Mike that is - India was fine at doing the voiceover but a change is as good as a rest, eh?!

Monica was still in great form... could tell when she didn't approve of what the chefs were doing by the way she looked as though they'd just farted loudly in her face. :)

Felt sorry for Mike... thought Sebastian was going through, throwing him off cos of 2 bones in the fish seemed a bit harsh.

Perry seems fairly genuine but could do with a shave.

BTW anyone else think that Michele's mackerel tartare looked like cat sick???

I hated India's voice over. In general, the pseudo gravitas for a cooking show fgs. Although I like it very much and always drool about going to a posh restaurant after watching.

It's India Fisher, not Knight .

I thought it was a strange job for India Knight

Come back India, all is forgiven- I may explode if I hear one more reference to a "mille fooey"!
