Is anyone watching the programme on bbc3 about sex gangs?

Where on earth did the opinion originate that some girls asked to be raped? It's just so so unspeakably awful. It keeps getting said on this programme and the answer seems to be but these girls are only teenagers, but surely the answer should be no one asks for rape regardless of age. I'm getting more and more .

They a Paedos pure and simple. Should be hunted down. But then WHY are these kids wandering around at night anyway?

Afaik a lot of the kids have difficult home lives, some may be homeless and living in supported housing ect. It really is awful. Te programme focused a lot on a town near where I live. I don't know what the answer is but attitudes need to be changed. No on ever asks to be raped, that's an oxymoron in itself
