Just watched the first part of this, it was fascinating - but I didn't realise there was a part 2 - it's no longer on i-player - boo hiss! Can anyone tell me how it ended? Did she get her daughter? Thanks!

Hi OP, I watched this and agree it was fascinating. Happily, she does get her daughter.

The poor baby seems to be very poorly when taken from the orphanage to the hospital the doctors discover that she was actually more like 3-4 days old rather than just a day old. She is severely malnourished and is placed in intensive care for a few days after which she is allowed back to the hotel with Saira.

3 months later she brings her back home to England and they are a happy little family.
