Ok - as posted many times, it's a bit shit but it's all kicking off at the moment Smile

Hope Mercy gets done in and Silas gets caught and miserable Amy finally leaves (although have heard a spoiler on that one so not holding my breath!) and we get to see a bit more Darren.

And I can't be the only one who is rather liking Brendon's beard Grin

OMG!!!!! Just finished watching now - didn't dare look on this thread first!!! I wasn't expecting that at all I have to say, I thought it was Texas all the way until the hair at the end.

I have an almost 2 year old DD and I still was affected by that comment about first and last breaths. Good shout about needing Lyndsey to to deliver Mercy's baby I think too...

At least I think that Ethan might finally believe them a little somehow... giving me a bit of hope!

OOh - really enjoyed that although was hoping Lyndsey has speed dialled someone when Silas was in her flat threatening her.. Cue weeks more of everyone telling her she's stupid and deluded whilst she wears less and less make-up! Although, do think her and Doug might get it on which could be nice - I like Doug!

Mercedes is due at the same time as me - and I thought I had a big baby bump, hers has been about 9 months since before her hen do.. but then it is the telly and they are always a little Confused - you'd think no-one who works in tv has ever had a baby! Must admit though, wouldn't be up for hanging around in a damp cellar right now! Hope Mercy gets done in (or not) before I go into labour or I will no doubt be an emotional wreck... actually, bet that's the day I end up in hospital so miss the big unmasking - be just my luck Grin

I suppose they must have dressed and made her up to look older so she would look realistically like Riley's mum.

Yeah it was so nasty, i want the storyline to be over, dont know why i insist on watching it, just want to see him get his comeuppance i suppose. I had to double check with dp to confirm what he said, i had to hide the fact that the comment was so awful it made me want to cry! (see-pathetic) i cant even watch the adverts for nspcc and the like, i always flick the channel when they come on cause they make me emotional and i almost hit dp when he snatched the remote off me cause he was fed up of me flicking the channel everytime they come on! :( Angry I got up and walked out the room and didnt come back in till it had gone off. Needless to say he didn't comment next time said advert came on

It would appear i went slightly off tangent there...sorry!!

Dont know if any of you ladies are old enough to remember the guy who plays Silas in Drop the Dead Donkey. I suspect a lot of you are younger than me so might not remember it. It was a comedy set in a TV newsroom. If youve never seen it before there are episodes up on youtube. Have a nosey at it when youve got a min. Its bloody hilarious.

Carer, DP and I still refer to him as George (DP is 46, I'm 30 with parents who loved it) You don't have to be old to remember George!

Then you may be interested to know that one of the writers of DTDD is penning a one off comedy called Hacks. Its about journalists and phone hacking and is supposed to be on this winter.
Im 38 and i was 17 when DTDD started and had a crush on Neil Pearson. Does anyone know how to insert the smileys. im clicking on them and nothings happening.
