Searched high and low for this as wanted to watch it on Christmas Eve with DP and a glass of wine.....have seen it twice but it is so heartwarming and christmassy and I loooooooooove Colin Firth.

At least if I can't find it there's always Bridget Jones Diary on TV but have seen this hundreds of times but also very christmassy.

Getting excited now.....as much as the kids.

I thought it was rubbish.

Yes, I agree. A big pile of donkey turd

KeyserSoze · 22/12/2005 15:37

its shite

NutcrackingXmas · 22/12/2005 15:38

I liked it.

If I threatened LoveActually on Christmas Eve my DP would wearily indulge me then nitpick at every cringe-making moment!

In particular the cheesy restaurant scene with CF. Who is dreamy in that film though, I agree.

I went through his entire back catalogue on Lovefilm and sadly his best moments are BJD, Conspiracy - about the Nazis engineering the Final Solution, and Trauma, where he plays a...well I don't want to tell you in case you ever watch it (he's in every scene). It is not light and fluffy.

Kaysleighbells · 22/12/2005 15:39

it may be shite, but it was feelgood shite

PruniStuffing · 22/12/2005 15:39

at admitting all that, btw

IntergalacticTheRedNosedWalrus · 22/12/2005 15:40

I have to say, CF was the only good bit about that film.

Hulababy · 22/12/2005 15:50

I enjoyed Love Actually (bar the nasty word incident- which I missed fist time round;)

I actually got Dh to sit and watch with me a few nights ago. Nice feel good film
