I knew that Nana Moon was going to die but I must have missed the episode that said what was wrong with her. Can anyone put me out of my misery?

Thank you kindly

According to the Eastenders site it was "hydrocephalus"

welshboris · 18/12/2005 19:38

She died because of Alfies bad acting

WeWhizzzYouAMerryXmas · 18/12/2005 19:40

She got eaten by the ghost of Roly the poodle

crimbocrazydazy · 18/12/2005 19:41

Brain tumour I think

Hulababy · 18/12/2005 19:41

I think hydrocephalus seems to be water on the brain.

chjlly · 18/12/2005 19:42

I though it was an anurism (blood clot on the brain don't know if I spelt it right!!)

crimbocrazydazy · 18/12/2005 19:46

Its summat to do with her head....but lets face it the lights have been on but nobody's been home for quite awhile now.

HumphreysCorner · 18/12/2005 20:01

Didn't she have water on the brain a few years back when she went doolally? Thought that was cured-mmmmn-or maybe not!

chjlly - I'm really sorry to be picky but a blockage in an artery is called an embolism and usually happens when something solid, semi-solid or gaseous is travelling in your bloodstream and gets stuck, whereas an aneurism is a swelling in a part of an artery caused by damage to, or weakness of, a blood vessel wall and the pressure of blood in the artery causes it to ?balloon? out at the weak point. (a ruptured aneurism is also very messy to clean up!!)

Sorry to be so pernickety!

Still don't know what it was that Nana Moon died of though, but I cried when she did!
