My DS loves Dip Dap so I have now crocheted one for him. DH thinks it is so good that I should make another and try and sell it on ebay. Thing is I'm not all that sure there would be much call for a Dip Dap doll......

that's brilliant!! I showed the picture to my 4 year old and asked what it was and she said straight away 'dip dap'! worth doing another one and see how it goes (or make another one and sell it to me Grin - would be good as a stocking filler)

Just asked my 3yo and she knew who it was and wants one for her Christmas birthday (her birthday is early Jan)

Looks like your DH might be right :o

bluebump · 29/09/2011 21:22

I would buy one - seriously! I have taken up crochet this year but i'm not making anything other than granny squares yet!

My 3 year old DS is OBSESSED with DipDap! We went to Spain for the summer this year and one of the things we downloaded onto our Apple Tv thingy for him to watch was all 30 episodes of DipDap and he watched them every day - for five. long. weeks. Grin So, if you do make some more i'll buy one Grin

judgejudyandexecutioner · 30/09/2011 07:06

If you PM me I will put you down for one.

OP posts:
privateprancer · 30/09/2011 07:58

just a thought judge how about making them half the size then you would be able to make more (and therefore sell more?). Or you could make big ones and small ones?

aStarInStrangeways · 30/09/2011 09:28

Gwendoline yes i do Grin

judgejudyandexecutioner · 06/10/2011 10:09

OP posts:
judgejudyandexecutioner · 21/10/2011 18:15

Just to let people who asked know. I can now do Dipdap in 2 sizes £4.99 for the little one (about 5 inches tall) and £9.99 for the big one (about 12 inches tall) .

If you want one made then message me.
