Educating Essex - anyone watched this?

Fly on the Wall programme in a secondary school.

Terrible title but I loved the programme. Just waiting for the comments about the "drop in standards of teaching" as the teachers' langauge was not exactly "proper" but I thought they were dedicated, enthusiastic and the deputy head was "quite mad in a good way"

Is on C4 on Thursdays (I think)

Anyone else watch? What did you think?

I watched it and enjoyed it...possibly biased as it's filmed where I was born and work.

I don't mean I was born or work in the school.......

I thought it was fab. I really liked the Deputy Head- he seemed 'normal'.

I watched I thought it was brilliant....not sure why the dep head isn't the head though :)

I would be very happy for my DC to go to that school.

There was an article in one of the papers the next day slating the school but hey the amazing Mr Drew knew it was coming :) Love him, Love the programme.

Errr Carmelita's Mum though? bit surprised she let them show her DD do that - I would not employ her after that stunt.
