Anyone else watched this with their preschoolers on cbeebies? I think it's really cute - it reminds me of that Samorost game that I was obsessed with a few years ago. amanita-design.net/samorost-1/

My wee one loves it already - she is 3 and asked for it when we came home this evening.

CaptainMartinCrieff · 28/09/2011 20:06

Saw it for the first time this evening... My DS was transfixed!

sparkout · 06/10/2011 12:24

We love it!!!

Whenisitmysleepytime · 06/10/2011 16:10

Love it too!
Ds wants a real one to play with! Internet says no merchandise till 2012 tho :(

BrawToken · 06/10/2011 21:28

I am enjoying each episode more. So calming after work too - love the time slot :) I have recorded it for weekend mornings too!

sparkout · 07/10/2011 07:29

We've been recording it. I read that about the toys too, thought I'd be able to get DD something for Christmas this year!

Meglet · 07/10/2011 07:33

We're recording it too. Isn't it lovely Smile.

ReshapeWhileDamp · 07/11/2011 19:00

It's lovely, isn't it? Really dreamy. Far more of a relaxing, pre-bedtime thing than blardy Wayballoo! Does anyone else think that it reminds them of classic Oliver Postgate programmes?

DS1 is 3.5 and captivated. I'm thinking of attempting to make a couple of Abney and Teal rag dolls for him, for Christmas, since the inevitable merchandising doesn't seem to exist yet. They don't look too hard, and given that the characters seem to be based on rag dolls, I might get away with it! Grin

DD loves it, she's 4.4yrs. She says the music is her favourite Smile

Bumpsadaisie · 23/11/2011 17:53

We love it here! Wish the books/toys would be ready for Xmas!

ScarlettIsWalking · 23/11/2011 17:59

DD is nearly 5 and LOVES this - I think it's gorgeous too, for huge age range really...

FairyArmadillo · 23/11/2011 18:00

I've only just started to notice it. Am usually making dinner when it's on. But I really like it, especially the accordion playing dog.

JjingleBeanplusPudalltheway · 23/11/2011 18:01

Ds 4.3 and dd 3 love it, it makes them very quiet.

Funtimewincies · 26/11/2011 20:05

Both ds1 (nearly 5) and especially ds2 (nearly 2) really enjoy it.

It's so gentle and middle class, it's like 'if Boden did children's TV' Grin.

DesperateHousewife21 · 27/11/2011 18:25

DS likes it too and he's 17 months. I like the brown thing that lives in the water (can't remember it's name!) the music is good too.

Its so sweet and mellow.

MissHonkover · 27/11/2011 18:36

Loving it here too. Toby Dog is my favourite.

AlmaMartyr · 27/11/2011 18:40
