any watching it - bit like an English desperate housewifes- quite funny

I saw the first 2 out of the corner of my eye (if you know what I mean), but have found myself drawn to it. It comes across as been all giggles and silliness but now have gone back and watched it with full attention there seems to be a bit of a dark thread running through it.

What happened to Lisa's brother? And what is happening with Kate??

assume lisa's brother died as a baby/child - but nothing has been said

and kate seems a bit of a nutter/stalker and really likes lisa's hubby ............ but seems none of her friends have much time for her

and i find this rather sad but only as im in the same position as kate :( and thank god my friends arent like her
