BACKYARDIGANS: Is this really a toddlers programme?

I see from the ad at the top of the page that this is actually a toddler/pre-school programme which surprises me - my 3 year old watches it, and it is really complicated and often too scary for her. There was one programme about ghosts which I had to turn off (when I left DH in charge for too long and was alerted by poor terrified dd calling for me FGS - seemed obviously highly unsuitable for me). What do you think?

Ive never seen it, but will have to watch it now, as Im curious.

(This makes me sound like I regularly leave my 3 year old watching unsuitable programmes - I don't! She has only watched it occasionally, honest guv, and I now avoid it.)

mmm i dont know depends on your toddler. My ds[2.1] loves it and dances along when they sing etc but then I dont think he concentrates on it 100%.
