Downton Abbey - finally is on in Scotland

Never shown last year on ITV in Scotland.
Series 1 episode 1 started last Sunday (but still in STV player online). Continues every Sunday at 9pm and runs onto Series 2 in Sept - Yipee.

Is really very good - catch it if you haven't seen it.

was this not shown in Scotland, surprised? Loved it, was telling my sister last week to catch 'the re-runs' - didn't realise it hadn't been shown already.

It was never shown on ITV - they didn't buy it apparently!

It managed to catch it on ITV3 earlier in the year but it wasn't really adverstised. So this is the first time it has been shown on the mainstream channels in Scotland.

Can't wait for series 2 - starts mid Sept!
