Not long til Season 2 comes out though! But I do need to know when Season 3 starts so I can plan my re-watching of Season 2 to finish in time for the start of Season 3

Sorry, my dp has a tv planner thing and VD, is being shown on the 15th but doesn't appear on the next week, so we thought it may be a one off, before the season starts, or its a technical glitch and it really does start and continue on the 15th

So it's official Damon Salvatore is Entertainment Weekly's Ultimate Sexy Beast just edging out Edward for the top spot. Whilst I'm also a Twilight fan I have to agree that Damon is the ultimate Sexy Vampire :).
