Tenko fans?

Yesterday are showing re-runs of Tenko every day at 4 and 7pm. Have seen every episode before but am still watching. One of the best shows ever on tv imo.
My favourite character is Dorothy. Any other fans out there?.

yes watched it a while back but sort of got lost half way through, was a fab series well worth watching if you missed it.

I loved this series- used to stay up late with my mum to watch it on Thursday nights back in the 80s.

Didn't they do a reunion one set some years later? shown one Christmas I recall.

oh i was waiting for it to be repeated as i wanted to watch it from the beginning (ie the bit where they are all wealthy civil servants and how they come to be imprisoned). i was quite young when it was first on but my mum let me watch it with her. Brilliant series.

I loved this in the 80s and saw the reunion on TV. i remember crying buckets at the surrender / harri carri / stone throwing bit....

...is 'yesterday' a sky channel? As i don't have that at the mo...

Thanks for the info, I used to watch it too and then started on the books.

I sat watching it with my mum when I was on mat leave a couple of years ago. She loved it and I loved watching it with her.

'Twas excellent indeed. I have seen a couple of episodes on yesterday, but often miss it . Presumably it will be shown again, again iyswim.

I love it! Got the DVD's and have watched it a few times :)
