There was a program on a few weeks ago (possibly on channel 4) about people being super thrifty. I wanted to watch it, but forgot.
What was it called? And is it still on 4oD?

I think it was called Superscrimpers:Waste not want not. I think it also had a Ch4 website with tips etc.
