Sorry, don't know what OBEM is, US or otherwise.

Wormshuffler · 12/06/2011 09:10

Oooh when is this on?

missnevermind · 12/06/2011 09:10

When? Where?
Have I missed it?

Wormshuffler · 12/06/2011 09:10

It's one born every minute tails

SheCutOffTheirTails · 12/06/2011 09:33

Oh right, thanks :)

In that case no. American "reality" shows of this kind are terrible - too much blatant manipulation of participants, playing up for the cameras and re-enactments that are supposedly candid moments.

TwoWeeSausages · 12/06/2011 13:47

It's on Thursday on More4.

I think it will be interesting to see the difference in maternity care. Especially in a country which does not have free universal health care.

I saw the trailer and made a mental note to watch it to see the differences between US & UK healthcare.

Bue · 12/06/2011 20:34

Should be very interesting from a comparative point of view!

Mummyloveskisses · 12/06/2011 23:34

Can NOT wait :)

I don't care about re-enactments and playing up to camera's they can't fake a baby being born :)

Wormshuffler · 13/06/2011 08:13

Set to record now thanks for telling us :)

edwardsbella · 13/06/2011 20:24

SingOut · 14/06/2011 12:47

I cannot wait!!! Grin

BiggestPiggyOnTheFarm · 14/06/2011 20:36

Have set it to record, do you know if its a one off or whether it is a series? Normally I'd get the 'series link' choice to record the whole series but it didn't come up so I wonder if its just a one off.

Wormshuffler · 14/06/2011 20:49

Series link came up on mine! give it another go! reset the box or something!

Flisspaps · 14/06/2011 20:52

No. The unnecessary medicalisation and intervention will make me angry.

Someone else posted this very good link earlier.
