Rita really really annoyed me with her stupid high breathy voice, but that last scene in s4 affected me quite badly! Not because of her, but because of the baby. Think it might have been too much with my DS being around that same age when I watched it.

I really enjoyed it prior to that, and I'd like to watch again, if someone could just edit out that scene and any flashbacks to it!

i so did not expect that in last episode - i was OMG!!!!!

really waiting for the good bits to kick in, im quite bored so far :(

I struggled with the first few weeks, but last Friday was much better. Really curious to see how he deals with the 'innocent' who saw him through the door...

have yall watched Breaking Bad? it is very good too. kind of dexter ish without the murdering. chemistry teacher by day, chrystal meth drug dealer by night. all the complications of a double life. EXCELLENT programme in its own right not just because it bears similarity to dexter.

i think it was on bbc3 a while back, apparently, but unsurprisingly I never noticed that.

but I downloaded it on somebody else's recommendation. A fellow dexter fan actually!

I have resisted looking at this thread until now as I was a couple of episodes behind

Do you think he will kill Quinn as he is getting very close? Also I think Quinn has a dark secret anyway - wasn't he pocketing some cash in the the last series? - and that will justify his killing - either by Dexter himself or in some other way - maybe Debra will kill him.

It would be a shame though as he is extremely easy on the eye.

Also I predict that Angel and Laguerta will split up - too many issues.

More like the v nasty bloke who's now blackmailing him will get it.
Not much laughs this last ep - not like the one with Masuka doing his mime of how he thought the double murder (Dexter's guy wrapped in cellophane) had occurred HILARIOUS!

see thats the thing, in the books he didnt die in the shed being burnt - he got his leg/hand and tongue cut off but alive

i do hate the way they make books to films and change bits :(

I know it is wrong, but I love that dexter has found someone who "knows" him.

but then leia 'knew' him and she went nutty!!!
