Is this the one where the walls are bowing etc. Watched it but surely they got a survey.

jamie and charlotte - he said they got a survey and that needed cosmetic work and he could do it

with all the damp and mould and cracks everywhere

Yes we thought that aswell. They must have seen it on a really good day, or just didn't want to see it at all.

least they had a survey, unlike others in last series

so why dont they sue the surveyor?

I'm always surprised when people aren't more cynical about why houses are cheap. If something seems too good to be true it often is!

They managed to get building insurance to pay which smacks to me that their surveyor cocked up big time.

well if i had a survey and then found my house was collapsing, i would be suing them
