Also I was dreading the credits rolling and a voice saying that Shelbie had died since the making of the programme.

wow just wow what a great programme

me too re the dreading hocus........ Shelbie is such a fighter. My ds has special needs but nothing like the children on BTBD. He is profoundly deaf, autistic, has absent seizures and waardenburg syndrome. When he was 2 years old i was told he wouldnt walk or talk. He has defied all those predictions. He loves his sport at school, and started talking at seven years old.
