well its all done in flashbacks so you know whats happened to her right from the beginning....

its a jolly good film and worth a watch. but it is terribly sad. got quite a satisfying, if sad, ending...

all I can remember is LOADS of different land rovers - there were definitely some earlier series land rovers but also newer discoveries and range rovers and some defenders

and a sad bit where a land rover is lying down on its side, dead, near some water :(

i so wish he hadnt got the wrong end of the stick, i wish he had known what she was doing before she died....its so sad...

obviously there is also the evil pharmaceuticals and the dead woman and everything (argh, and their baby) but think it came out during height of my land rover obsession

Haven't really got a favourite land rover film YET, my obsession fizzled out a bit but seems to be surging back!

Didn't find it that sad when it first came out in the cinema, because you kind of know it's not a jolly comedy anyway, from all the flashbacks. Fiennes is quite good in it, not just Weisz.

Although watched 101 Dalmatians on bbc3 earlier and there were several discoveries at the end

dont think i started the landrover appreciation society!

and further to my link for plot synopsis i have to say she wasnt having an affair....the bloke she worked with was gay....she loved her husband, even though he was starting to think she didnt....its soooo tragic.

more tragic than dead landrovers even.
