Corries - ridiculous Dev storyline

I know the character is an arse but surely only one child and numerous affairs would be more believable - not trying to be provocative but the whole storyline is a bit racist if you ask me (takes cover)

Smoothie Asian man who uses his shop girls as a harem - it's completely buying in to the stereotype that Gina's (Dev's ex fiance) mother belived in. May be I am reading too much in to it - happy to be shot down

not sure about the racist angle but I hate the story as it means Dev is on the screen a lot and I hate him -- he is such a bad actor... wish the sotry line was to get rid of him and not Sunita..

and the bloke who plays him is an arrogant .... I saw him cutting up traffic and going thru red lights in manchester a couple of years ago ignoring other peoples' complaints with an attitude of "look who I am"... urgh!! urgh!!

I think he can be a great character - his slimeyness really works with some storylines - like Charlie. Mad storyline though this one, far too ott - not sure about racist though - Hindi men aren't known for keeping harems are they? I could be wrong..

from my experience with indians, def believable - dps family are all incredibly secretive. Loved the way he just stood there and didn't bother correcting her neither (over the baby) - jsut like the sort of thing dp would do! I was yellign at the screen.
