Gary Barlow
Kelly Rowland
Tulisa Contostavlos (from N-Dubz)

What do we think?

Personally, I can't see how Tulisa would manage mentoring, say, the over 25s. Am expecting her to conveniently end up with the girls or the boys.

I reckon Gary and Kelly'll do good though. Louis is Louis, without Simon around, he is the X Factor.

Glad Louis is still there - I have a strange fondness for him. No opinions really on the others at all.

Who is going to be the nasty one out of those four? Gary comes across as desperate to be liked so he'll be everyone's mate. Can't see Kelly being harsh and I don't know much about Tulisa.

Louis I like. Always have done.
Gary I think will be good. Performer, writer, been there and done it.
Kelly Rowland - no opinion.
Tulisa - WHO? Never heard of her, never heard of the band and I think they could have gone with someone more well known in the music industry.

Tulisa is, from having watched her on TV, the only member of N-Dubz with multiple braincells, and N-Dubz are popular with the sort of teenybopper crowd that the X Factor clearly aim at as a demographic (even if they miss spectacularly). She seems nice but dim.

Gary is lush! Looking forward to seeing him.

Kelly - meh. She's a bit of a boring choice.

And Louis, of course, is Louis. Though I imagine as always I'll only watch the auditions anyway, so past the bitchy bit I don't care

Think maybe this is the time to call it a day , i do like Louis though

So basically, Gary will get the groups. This Tulisa will get the under 25's leaving Louis and Kelly with the rest.

Oooh - does Cheryl not get her old job back then?

No hatty although there is talk that she might be Sinitta in the US version but if reports are to believe she's not even on talking terms with Simon!

Simon packed it in Firawla to concentrate on the US version.
