Is it me, or do Charlie Stayt and Susanna Reid hate each other?

He tries to catch her out with sarky humour that she doesn't get, and then she gets all snippy and defensive.

Either they hate each other, or they're having a passionate affair and are trying to cover their tracks.

Either way, it makes for uncomfortable viewing.

(Just in case people aren't as addicted to telly news as I am, I'm going on about news presenters on BBC Breakfast )

I've noticed to but I've always put it down to Charlie... He appears quite arrogant to me and not very friendly. I don't like his interview style at all.

I like Kate Silverton's hair and I think she's more than capable of. holding her own - I can't say I've ever felt sorry for her, she's a v confident woman. Funny how we all see things quite differently, eh.

I think she's a great news presenter, I would just like BBC wardrobe to swipe all Susanna's lovely tops and put Kate in them!

I used to think Natasha Kaplinsky and Bill didn't get on, she used to make sarky comments to him.

I can't bear Charlie, much prefer Bumbling Bill and his Bee talk :o

As for Sian, I am so glad I am not the only one to have noticed she sits like she has a broom handle up her back! So artificially straight! And she is so prim - I know its the BBC but still....

I can't warm to her at all and I love Breakfast!

I cannot stand Charlie. Arrogant so-and-so. The rest of them I'm quite fond of.

Haven't worked out which one Charlie State is but haven't liked Susanna Reid since she was unnecessarily bitchy/sarcastic to a fired Apprentice contestant.

I take back everything I said about Kate's clothes, her maternity fashions are lovely! In fact, she suits pregnancy very well indeed I reckon.

Who as on with her today? I only rarely watch it. Think she looks great and thought they both got on well without that awful fake camaraderie.

Believe it or not I watch Breakfast for exactly 15 minutes between 7-15-7-30 whilst doing my makeup!!

I think it depends on who's on make-up the days Susanna's on. She had excellent hair yesterday, a very glossy centre parted affair.

Yes, I never like to criticise ladies for being too slim, being as I am far too fat, but for whatever reason I've never really warmed to Sian.

Bill with or without his bees, love him. Yes, there's definitely some chemistry with him and Carol the weather lady (she needs to see an asthma doc, that raspy in-breath drives me mad!).

I fancy Charlie a bit, he's definitely the one I'd add to my dance card. Although if we can broaden out to reporters, I have a bit of a thing for Richard Wescott.

The elephant in the room here, of course, is Louise Minchin: for me far too simpering. When she smiles I'd like to poke her with a sharp stick.

in Charlie's defence, he once insisted on helping me to get dd1's buggy off the H37 bus. very nice chap.

Has anyone just seen Charlie likening the policeman who told women not to dress like sluts to a father telling his teenage daughter that her outfit is inappropriate? And he seemed genuinely perplexed that there was something wrong with saying this to women Susanna was giving him dagger stares. He is such a twat.

Susannah is about 90 times more intelligent than Charlie, and there in lies the problem (for Charlie, anyway).

I cant stand Louise Minchin. I remember when Philip Glenister was on and she was simpering over him and being verrrrrrrrry silly and teenagery when he called her Bolly Knickers at her request!!

I'm so glad someone else thinks they hate each other. I find Charlie really arrogant and smug and i don;t like how he ignores Susannah's wee comments - it looks to me like he is trying to make her look silly and frivolous. No chemistry between them at all.

I like Susannah and it looks like she makes the effort and Charlie just ignores her. I think they should dump Charlie; he is not memorable, but Susannah does have lush hair and is vaaairrr pretty!

I think both of them come off badly due to their lack of chemistry.

Oh, I like Charlie. Have a tiny crush on him. Find Susannah a bit cold and wanted to dislike her as a ball-busting driven childless career woman (not that there's anything wrong with that btw, just stereotyping) but she's got 3 kids!

Sian is very thin but at least she's older than me and for the BBC, that is a good thing atm

charlotte thank you for proving my DH wrong! We used to live round the H37's way, and I KNEW I'd seen Charlie crossing the road. DH said it couldn't have been, although never expanded on why. Maybe he thinks all TV presenters live in the bus shelter in White City??

By all accounts Bill isn't that nice in RL, apparently he is a bit of a dick.
