I reckon killed and locked in sound proofed cellar. I hope the John Stape storyline is coming to a concluesion as it is the most ridiculous storyline ever in Coronation Street.

I saw a bit of a spoiler today which answered some of it but not all....

I read that he goes on the run after he hold all three hostage, and asks fizz to go with him, then fizz gets put in prison for fraud and Ches ends up looking after hope and his own little baby ( not sure what happens to katie)

John Stape jumps off the hospital roof and dies.

Poor Fiz, although she is annoying!

lets hope so greggs, hes a poor actor, but can we take anymore moaning from fiz, she gets right on my nerves, the writers ought to take this opportunity to write them out!

Aw I like Fizz but agree John needs to go. I've read as stated that he locks Ches up with the Hoyles and tries to get Fizz to run away but then they start doing something in the factory so he thinks they'll find Colin's body and he freaks out.

Think he does kill himself. Not sure how Ches etc will get out..........

But yes be glad when it's all over. Poor Fizz!!

Will she actually get put away for long though? She was guilty over the money but had a premature baby after a tram fell on her (not really but it sounds good) and a husband with a breakdown etc. She didn't kill/hide anyone.

I hope it's true about John committing suicide, I am sick of him as a character, it's like they can't actually think of anything else to do with him so are doing the whole kidnap storyline again. The whole serial killer thing is ludicrous.

Did anyone see the Ted Bundy film? The guy killed so many people and the director obviously thought they had to show all killings, but you ended up with one killing every 90 seconds, so you didn't have time to get to know the characters. It became funny, almost slapstick, when of course it wasn't in reality.

The John Stape situation reminds me of that. I can actually understand him though - it's like a game of dominoes - once you've killed once you have to kill the person who found out about that one, and then the one who found out about that one too. Not that I am a murderer!!
