Essex is better IMO the people are real but some of what you see has been set up for entertainment.... with Chelsea the people are real and what your seeing isn't that entertaining..... YET... I am willing to try it again :)

Yes all the people are real.
Ollie is much nicer and not as camp as that in real life.
Its all practically scripted, just like The Only Way is Essex.
EVERYTHING is exaggerated.
All the club scenes are filmed at 2pm. all set up.

But still I love seeing all my old streets on tv!!

Because they all want to do something that requires media attention. 4 days filming = 8 weeks of exposure + all the pr to go with it. they get exposure.

Is Caggie short for something? I'm going to give it another go.. I like seeing familiar streets again too. We moved away two years ago and I miss it.
I did think Caggie's bezzie mate flung herself at Hugo, he didn't seem bothered.

can't see it running for long - with TOWIE there are people you actually quite like - this lot were so unpleasant and idiotic they aren't even interesting.
