..... when the camper van is missing?

And did Norris really suggest going for a nice lie down?

I think she was staying at Norris's for the night. He said the other day when it first went missing she could stay with him

After the McKinney-esque sex in chains episodes, I'm surprised he ever let's her over the threshold!

Did I miss an episode somewhere (unlikely, but you never know Smile), but when/how did Norris go from saying he never wanted to see Mary again after all that holiday trauma, to being best pals again - employing her in the shop, drinking in the Rovers, etc?? Did the writers just think that as it was all over we'd all forget it ever happened?!

Yes.she's staying with Norris & Emily. Soap folk are notoriously forgetful/ forgiving with very short memories. You just KNEW how the Steve/Tracy/Blackpool thing was going to end....Grin.

I do like Mary as a character though, and she does need Norris as a foil. But the aftermath of the abduction was just wrong.

Roy's mother is a good addition.

But Tommy Duckworth may well not be. The younger characters, as a whole bunch, just aren't working out.
