Don't like Edna at all. I know it's good to be a strong personality but you really need to listen to other people - especially in a team.

Edna seems to one if those insecure women that feel what you lack in ideas and intuition can be directly cancelled out by appearing to be ruthless and ball-breaking. Loathsome.

The girls just got really lucky didn't they ?
Bad leadership, rubbish brain-storming, creativity stamped on.
Too much time on low level market research, no time to come up with a good concept.
Bad presentation.
But their idea was more global, and appealed to young market, applicable in a variety of situations. Wrote a good strap line.

Ctahing a glimpse of the last answer - this is why when it gets down to 5 or so people they do interviews - although the people are largely selected for entertainment value SurALun doesn't want to be forced to pick someone shit, so the whole "whoever wins the task doesn't get fired" goes out the window once you get down to the last few. Because you can win a game by being lucky, not by being good.

Should have done an app called the appprentice - each rcord some bullshit stuff about how good they all are and let people download - must have been done way ahead of when anyone knew about the candidates - not global but could have gotthe UK audience an early peak at them - especially mr sooper smoothy (not).
