Sometimes i watch Holby and caught a bit of it last night, apparently Penny is dead?

How, when and why?

Last week, she was trying to rescue somebody involved in a train crash and the carriage fell on her.

HC and casualty are my guilty pleasures.

Although she looked surprisingly unscathed when Ollie had to identify her, considering she'd supposedly been squished
