Are you tuning in on Friday when Ronnie gives Tommy back to Kat and Alfie?

I didn't watch at new year. Just couldn't bring myself to but will be watching on Friday to see how it resolves. That said, I've read about it and I know what happens but I am so glad that this is coming to an end.

Is it this friday? Damn. I'm away.

I have been watching EE on and off since it started but stopped proper in the New Year due to the storyline. Might tune in on Friday but don't want to get back into it really.

I've watched throughout & I am desperate for friday to come but I feel so sorry for Jack, it's all so unrealistic & is yuk to watch. I've continued to watch because the Whitney storyline has been fascinating, it is much nearer to real life than this baby swap shit.

Thanks for the update. I "gave up" EE a few months ago, partly due to the storyline, and partly due to not always being able to spare 2 hours a week to "keep up".

Hulababy · 10/04/2011 22:12

I haven't watched it since just before Christmas tbh. Not specifically over the story, but I was getting fed up with it full stop - every story was getting more and more ridiculous. And this story just added to it all.

I have caught the odd 5 minutes at the end occasionally whilst waiting for other programmes to start but have no idea what is now going on.

I won't be watching on Friday though.

Can I ask how the story has panned out, and how the truth has come to light - or has it not come to light yet?

Max and Abi are in an accident on the way to Tanya's wedding. Jack and Ronnie take her to hospital. Ronnie ends up on the maternity ward (don't know how as our maternity ward was always locked) and she meets with the midwife who helped give birth to James.

The enormity of what she has done floods back and he end up confessing to Jack.

She takes Tommy back to the square, stands outside the Vic, says her goodbyes to Tommy before heading inside.

That's all I know at the moment. Don't know how the exact handover will go but I do wonder if Friday will end with her walking into the Vic with the actual handover not being until next Monday/

No.

That storyline was loathsome at its start, and I did not want to watch it then, I do not want to watch it now.

I shall not be watching EE again. I've found it's been no loss.

I am really glad they did decide to end the story line earlier than planned. Such a dumb thing to have chosen to do.
