Neighbours - when will the Sonya/Toadie/Callum storyline ever end?

I'm bored with it.
Also bored with Michael/Rebecca/Declan (I've never got over the loss of old Declan - new Declan is too pouty and annoying) - Don't care.
Andrew/Summer/Tasha - also being strung out a bit. Although it is hilariously unrealistic - buying pram etc before even having a scan! How do you reckon she'll get out of it - tell him or fake losing the baby?

Why do I watch this programme?!

oh the callum one is doing my head in, didn't Toadie think it was odd that sonya was crying about a woman she had never met.
as for tash..........well words fail me

I haven't watched neighbours for years since it defected to Channel 5. But they should bring back Dee for Toadie.

Sonya, Callum storyline is just being revealed in Aus this week so we have awhile to go...
Tash/Andrew already out in the open in Aus so hopefully we'll see the end of that soon..

Thank goodness it'll be over soon. I hope Tash doesn't fake a miscarriage, that would be horrible... Do we think Andrew and Summer will get together or will that all go tits up?

I can't handle anything to do with Kate (that includes Mark Sophie and Lucas). I literally FF their scenes.

i am ashamed to say i have recently got back into neighbours during the steph/trial storyline. i remember toady when he first joined the cast

the sonya being callum's mum is a weird storyline. would have been more better if they'd made jade to be the mum, not sonya.

how old are andrew/tash etc meant to be?

Lucykate i'm like you got dragged back in with the Steph storyline and now it is sky +d to catch up at weekends/evenings. Also can't wait for those storylines to be over with and really hope Tash doesn't fake a miscarriage.

i work from home. my shame is that i watch it online as soon as it's up on the five on demand website i can usually squeeze it in just before the school run

I am utterly with you all, on the Tash/Andrew/Summer, and Toadie/Callum/Sonya storylines. I particularly want Tash to get her comeuppance as soon as possible - she is being such an nasty piece of work at the moment.

Does anyone know how far we are behind Aus? We used to be months and months.
Can't believe they'll be stringing the sonya/Callum storyline out for that long.

I think we are only a few weeks to a month behind now. The Sonia storyline is SO stupid - I think they never intended Sonia to be his mum (or be a regular at first) but thought since we don't know that much about her background except that she was once addicted to gambling that they would weave it in. I suspect that even when Callum finds out they will drag the repercussions out for ages.

Funeral hilarious - if Sonia and Jade are next of kin they would have lots to sort out. They couldn't have been very close to their "nan" as neither of them ever visited her.

They really ought to invest in some proper story writers and get some more interesting characters. So many of them are just bland. I miss Izzy Hoyland, she was quite cool (though she did leave to have Karl's lovechild, which is less cool...)

I think they wanted Tash to be a mini Izzy but the actress can't act to save her life.

purenewwool we're 6 weeks behind now. Xmas was in February :)

When it was on bbc1, it was 6 wks behind for the first half of the year then 8 wks behind for the second half (it's off-air for a month at Xmas in Aus, then off-air in the uk for 2wks for Wimbledon)
