I gather the tubby gay guy's skinny boyfriend is back in UK for his ill, but now deceased father, but who is the other gay guy?

Where is the Oracle (Johnny Vegas)? Did he move back with that girl and how did his Alcoholic sister come to be there? And what kind of accent does she have, it sounds strange?

Mel died in the Christmas special from a heart attack I think.
The other guy works for the tubby guy in his salon.
The Oracle is at home with Telle and Coolio, unsure as to why she is there but she has a South african accent.
