I am not sure I can stand to watch her much longer. Are we supposed to feel sorry for her or hate her for ruining Steve's life? When she went on that drunken rampage I wanted to slap her and I think the actress who plays her (although brilliant at times) is getting close to overacting. What does everyone else think?

I think that Corrie has lost its way very badly at the moment.

The story lines are too sudden, as are changes in characters.

I thought the fight between her and her sister was way too graphic and I haven't watched it since. As meditrina says, changes are not gradual enough and therefore it becomes so unrealistic it becomes difficult to watch.

I used to quite like Becky, and I think she's a bit pitiful now - which is a real shame, They had the opportunity to make her strong, and she's all simpery and weak now...
And I agree - the changes are too rapid. People don't just alter their core overnight

I totally agree all that self pity and selfishness, hopefully the story is leading somewhere, but at the moment I don't get it. Also when are we going to get an end to the John Stape storyline, he's back now and I have remebered how annoying this whole thing is

Glad I am not alone! Also that downright annoying story with Graham, Tina, the Chinese girl and the fake marriage!! I know it does happen - but so quickly? We haven't even had time to get to know the character and I for one don't care if she is sent back home or not!!

On the bright side - at least Janice has gone!

I have never liked Becky, I think I posted on here saying I would stop watching if she married Steve. I didn't stop watching (of course) and she grew on me a bit, basically until Kylie came along, the whole adoption/Max/Kylie thing has been pretty grim, with the lowpoint being the looting.

I am also not enjoying the Tina, Graeme, Xin storyline, and am fed up with Fiz and John. She should dump him and become a feisty single mum like Eileen, who seems to have lost all her feistyness since the nasty builder came along, another one I would get rid of.

So when the next tram falls off the viaduct we would like:

Becky (passed overacting a while back)
Kylie (Yuck)
Xin (who?)
Fiz (awful simpering acting)
John(dreadfully boring)
Tracey (Bad actress. Awful just awful terrible actress)
Owen (and the point of him is?)

I've not been watching Corrie much recently but was ill yesterday so saw the omnibus and I felt sorry for Becky. She's made some big fuck ups from what I can tell, but I could really see her on her complaining about her interfering and non supportve MIL and getting lots of support!

Why have social services never been back to check on Max? Didn't Becky pretend to be Kylie and the woman said she'd have to come back and meet Becky? And why are they not doing routine check-ups?

Tracey is just a joke, I hate it when they bring back baddies just to spice thing up (supposedly). There's a reason they get rid of them in the first place!

Tracey comes fro the same baddie school of acting as Janine (EE), Lucy Beale (EE) and Kelly (Emmerdale). Apparently all it takes is a side ways smirk and the occasional badly acted, cheesy monologue. Bad actors, Bad, bad, baaaaaad.
