CGI Ridiculously over the top violence, spurting blood, heads chopped off.Totally gratuitous sex scenes,dialogue that has you howling with laughter,but it has characters you really care about,believable emotional connections and well plotted. The prequel to the 1st series Gods of the Arena is currently on Sky.Give it a try you might be surprised.
