Iplayer /HD programmes, anyone else have trouble watching them?

we can't get them to stream properly, just juddery & sound at a different speed.

I never can either. It's annoying when they insist on putting things up in just HD with no option to choose a lower bandwidth version (as on normal quality).

Wanted to watch a few things lately & was unable to :(

our broadband is so rubbish that I can only ever watch programmes on iplayer if I download them first - and then it takes for ever to download ... but at least you can watch something all the way through
