I had a mobile epidural after 9hours but I wasn't allowed to move because it upset the monitoring - I was worn out anyway but I sat up and moved to one side from time to time. It wasn't very strong - I could still wiggle my toes.

I have an large indent in my head due to been delivered by forceps. Not nice things. Poor baby
