Last Episode of Bedlam ???

What was all that about. Can anyone explain the ending ?
So, who was in the white van when Molly got in & who was sat on the bed with the thingy etched in his head ... I'm none the wiser

Watching with interest as they are my thoughts too.

I'm totally confused too, but here's my crazy theory! Ryan was in the white van, its him that took zoe and now Molly. I think the last scene where Jed had a flash, showed his mother actually assisting the doctor in the horrible experiments, it looked like they were doing something horrible to a bald man, who then appeared at the end, still don't make sense, I hope to god they do a second series as I need to know

It was an awful ending. I think we are meant to believe its Ryan in the white van, but I doubt it is. and the whole underneath room could have been so much more than it was. The whole episode died just as it was getting good - they could have tied a few endings up at least. The whole show was great - apart from the shite ending!

I got the impression that Ryan was driving the van, but I really don't think it was him (surely they couldn't make Will Young be a murderer!)

I was surprised they left it like that tbh, still it's left us all guessing x

I've sky plussed the last episode and not watched it yet, so will let you know if I can work it all out.

Just watched the last episode, I am totally flummoxed!!!

My first thought that it was Ryan in the van and he had gone after Molly to start a new life together...seeing as it the the last one, but now i think it's more sinister...and probably not Ryan.

But as for the whole underground room...i haven't got a scooby!!

Surely they have to make a 2nd series and cant leave it hanging in mid air.

If anyone can shed some light, then please do.

First the disapointing ending in Marchlands and now this...not impressed

I can't see who it could be driving the van though- it's not as if they've introduced another male character and she got in quite willingly.
I was a bit annoyed at the ending. They were trying really hard to get a shocking cliffhanger a la Blair Witch Project but it came across as way too contrived.

I would have much preferred an ending where Jed discovers a room full of photos of annoying dad conducting the experiments with his own father.

There are plans for a series 2 though, here's hoping!

I did watch the whole series but it was a bit rubbish overall! The ending was really irritating (and not in a OH MY GOD I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT way). It was all really contrived and awkward and not creepy.. actually WHY did I watch it all? haha.

Where did you get the sense it might be Ryan driving the van? I must have missed that.
