Getting annoyed with previously/today/this week

Is anyone else getting bored with the previously/this week bits at the begining of tv show - argh - I remember what happened last week and I don't need to know what's going to happen next as I am watching it!!

Oh yes! And even worse, they do it after every ad break too!

I find it difficult to watch Channel 4 shows because they all do it.

I realised that they lose almost 3 minutes of neighbours every day with all this.
