I have just watched this and drooled at the TV. *

It is so good to see a cookery programme that really focuses on the food and Raymond's passion and enthusiasm is infectious.

Also I could listen to that lovely accent all night!

Don't you just love him?

*Disclaimer: it was the food I was drooling at not RB - honest!

It all looked so lovely, interesting that he was making all the pattisery healthier.

Thing is - what is this programme FOR apart from drooling?
There's no way a beginner could make those perfect macarons, or the tower of choux thing. And all those specialist ingredients - buckets of liquid glucose, melting of fondant etc etc.

To make me go to Paris and gorge myself.

Well yes that is also the plan I have formed...

I love RB, he is ever so slightly nuts. And his food is wonderful, we watched his previous cookery programme last year and I promised DH I would make the chocolate fondant thing which looked bloody amazing..not done it yet. Oooop!!
