I have to add, I saw one of last weeks episodes, Kat was out in the market and saw, thingymajig, Zenab?, and she rushed off after Kat said how gorgeous Kamal? was.

Kat screamed 'It's not catching you know, your baby won't die' or something like that, which I think may have been added in following the swap outrage and the visit by MNHQ, outlining that some of the bereaved parents, have had reaction like this themselves Sad

The Hev storyline is Sad isn't it, and yes, why no helpline after this?

Surely there are people out there who have been in/are in her shoes and could use some practical advice?
