this is late night telly - think its BBC but is a fab prgramme about a clairvoyant who finds dead people and has premonitions when sleeping, is set in a family where she has three kids and is busy trying to cope with them and work and her husband is amazingly patient and funny.

It is really good and supposedly based on RL as the consultant (in the credits at the end) is the real Alison Dubois.

Glad they put it back to the normal time, last week it was on just after midnight, was very sleepy next day!

I posted about this weeks ago and had no replies (oh, tell a lie, aloha resplied but doesn't actually watch it). I thought I was the only one watching. I think it's fantastic - a bit different, intelligently written, and Patricia Arquette's character is fab and utterly 'real' (and how refreshing to have a lead American actress who isn't thin as a rake!)

What I wanted to know in my original post was...the husband? What has he been in? It's been driving me nuts.

We've been watching it since the beginning, it's pretty good (if a bit 'relaxed') Sorry MM I must have missed your previous thread!

Me and Dh both recognise the husband too, but not sure what from. Dh thinks he's been in a lot of things, but I'm sure it's from one particular thing - might go and have a google...

Should've done that in the first place, serenity - I think I 'know' him from American Gothic, he was the doctor in that.

The hubby in Medium was in the new version of Dawn of The Dead. Would that have been where you saw him?
