Sheila Hancock obviously has a high old time letting rip against the world's petty annoyances and she gets into the swing of things straight away with an entertaining diatribe against Chiswick Post Office in west London. She's quirky and funny, and host Paul Merton is clearly enchanted by Hancock's tales of her recalcitrant cat Benji (she wants him dipped briefly into Room 101 to convince him that he has a cushy life) and her loathing of livestock.
