What did you think about the adverts?

I've seen Adam featured in the Beckham lookalike ad in other documetaries before. As that Advertising Woman said, they are selling a dream and unfortunately most of us are preconditioned to want to look at images of aesethically pleasing people.

I personally thought he looked fine in the ad, so did the model who lost her arm in an accident. I don't think I would be deterred from buying a product because the model advertising it was physically different to Models usually used.

I found it to be interesting viewing. I've never heard of Adam before and did admire him for what he did. I'd not be so brave to strip off for an ad and I don't have a facial disfigurement.

I have now set to record on sky +. Next week's looks interesting.

I thought the Yasmine was very pretty but do understand about her bust size and fully appreciate her need for a reduction.

Mixed feeling on advertising, as a lot of it is aspirational. Therefore most people are more likely to by things advertised by people they want to be like. It's how it tends to work.

Next week's episode looks like it could be interesting and gets quite heated. I've set my Sky series link up to record.
