We are staying near Waltham Cross, can safely say I would never use his store. What a sexist, arrogant, ignorant twat.

Honestly, I turned the air blue during that episode! As for him talking to the customers who were saying they didn't call landlines.. how patronising!

He shouldn't have done what he did to his eyebrows, looked like an off season Drag Queen.

He was an annoying, arrogant, flash wideboy. I'm sure Mary is a hundred times more successful than he is or ever will be.

And I don't believe for a second he's really going to refurbish his shop. They made him say that so they got their satisfactory ending and it looked like Mary had saved the day.

last night was shite. the O2 shop near me is done up like a boutique and has great service. i can't believe she acted like she was the first person to come up with that idea.

As pointed out by DH, she just made it abit like an Apple store. But to H's credit, I can kind of see his point about not wanting to change anything. What he was already doing was hughly successful without spending £25k on a refit. He was UBER annoying though!
