Brothers and Sisters - can someone update me and DH?

DH and I have watched Brothers and Sisters from the beginning but series 4 ended up being Sky+ed and then - halfway through - Sky+ went down and we lost it!

So my main questions are:

• What happened in the car crash?
• Was anyone else other than McCallister injured / affected?
• Why did Justin and Rebecca split up?
• Is Saul HIV+?
• Is Holly around?
• Anything else major you can think of we've missed?!

Ok, Holly survied but has long term mermory loss, so can't remember who rebecca is, she knows she is her daughter because she has been told, but she has no emotional connection to her, and also does not know justin, but likes him.

Robert was in a coma for over year, kitty pulled the plug and he was burried last episode.

Rebecca begged justin not to go back to war, but he left any way, but he came back happy and is now trying to win rebecca back, he is attempting to do this, by helping holly.

Kevin and scotty tried to have a baby but she miscarried, and the brother is unsure if he wants to try again, this has upset his scotty.

Yes he seems like he is nearing 3, but they say only a year has passed, i am sure he was still a baby last season, hes huge.
