Eastenders, Roxy and Christian's baby storyline

Am irritated by this, Christian decides he wants a baby, Roxy agrees to be a surrogate, next day she's at the turkey baster. Then Syed says he doesn't want a baby so next episode Christian is talking about the abortion pill.

Want to scream at the TV, so Roxy just happens to be ovulating then and knows she is, that convenient and of course she will get pregnant first time.

Actually I should scream at myself for watching this drivel, in my defence I watch it whilst DS is feeding but still.......

I could see Syed thinking he doesn't want Roxy's genes in a child. I suppose Syed will be the one to fill the Turkey Baster, I guess they'd want both their races reflected.

Amira was pregnant when she left wasn't she? I don't think Syed knew about it though.

I can't remember how long ago it was she left but no doubt she'll turn up soon with a baby in tow.

In EE's defence, she didn't just happen to know she was ovulating - she did one of those ovulation tests. I too thought it would be Syed who would be the father in order to reflect both races but not so!! Still a silly load of nonsense though!!

I think Amira lost the baby.

I had forgotten Amira was pregnant when she left. Don't recall her losing it though Mondami

I think the storyline is going to be interesting. Roxy is already obsessed and "in love" with CHristian. The fact that the baby is biologically hers.....surely that is going to cause some major ructions rather than her being a host surrogate.

So what do we think? Is she going to get pregnant or not? And if yes.......how is it going to play out?

Like the idea of Amira returning with baby after Roxy finds out she isn't pregnant after all.....and then Amira saying she can't cope and would like CHristian and Syed to raise the baby :)

Oh and ROxy will go off on a major bender and stalk Christian to even greater proportions than she already does!!
