Anyone been watching this BBC2 show, 7-9pm. It comes watches two couples and then comes up with interesting statistics regarding the division of labour in the pair of couples' household chores. Comparing estimated % (say childcare) with the actual over 9 days.

Saw it last week and was really looking forward to it this week. It doesn't disappoint. Absolutely fascinating insight into other people's relationships. Confirms what we all know - that men don't do as much as they think in the house!

Came on here to see what the mumsnetters were saying about it and am surprised there isn't a long thread.

Why on earth put it on at 7pm, though, when surely the target audience is busy putting children to bed?

just watching this now - very interesting.

I didn't know it was on - probably because I was putting the dc to bed!

I thought it was fascinating. I was astonished by how much hoovering the hairdresser lady did - 22 times in 9 days! That can't be right.

my dp and i watched it. He is ocd about cleanliness and tidyness. He does the majority of it though but he laughed when we watched it saying he was like the brunette woman last week who cleaned for fun. I do think we do 50/ 50 though. However i find the childcare comments interesting
