Don't you think it's unfair that the woman with the bad stomach has to be weighed with a bra top on? I would sooner die than show it to the nation if my stomach was that bad.

The swimming pool challenge looked hard

It is a ridiculous programme. SHould be called Biggest Humiliation.

It has little to do with losing weight. Oo let's look at the fat person struggling to do press ups, oo let's look at the fat person dangling on a rope above a swimming pool, whey hey let's look at a fat person wearing no top.

None of the above are the least bit helpful in losing weight.

Must admit the bra tops and men stripping is so unflattering to them

Maybe mean to shame them

Also can't really be health to lose 10lbs+ a week

What happened to a health 1/2lbs a week

It's meant to titillate the viewers. Nothing more.

I would suggest watching Fat Families on Sky instead. No shouting, no humiliation, they exercise in a sensible way without getting injuries, they still lose impressive amounts of weight and get a makeover.
Personally I find it much more inspirational.
