Actually, some music would be good- last night was rather tuneless!
I just hope it's not a huge disappointment...though I fear it may be without Clagnut to pick onAnd I am still cross about the lack of Christmas songs.

I've seen gigs where somebody has had no stage presence at all despite flinging themselves about. Then others who stay still like and she is mesmerising. She fills the whole room with her voice. She doesn't need to wiggle about.

I don't get why on earth it is cruel. They are well aware what the judges think of them - they're hardly under the wrong impression there. What's sad is that people are willing to do anything to get their fifteen minutes. All reality shows are ritual humiliation of those with dubious motivation and a skewed self-image.
