Why has CBeebies Cerrie turned into a Rag Doll?

Has anyone else noticed Cerrie's strange image change?

From being the natural looking girl next door type, she has started plastering on bright makeup and has tight ringlets in her hair. She looks like a Rag Doll to me and can't think why she would need to look so garish on Children's TV.

I noticed too! I made the assumption that they pre record everything with outfit changes and on this occasion she was perhaps involved in a pantomime beforehand. Grasping at straws perhaps?

There is a pantomime - i read something about in radio Times.

She's wearing far too much blue eyeshadow and looks ridiculous.

Yes the eyeshadow which is sometimes green, sometimes blue is just too much and those big ringlets remind me of Bonnie Langford as Violet Elizabeth (I'll scream & scream until I'm sick.) Perhaps they have someone new in the makeup department.
