Fireman Sam Live

The Fireman Sam Live show is touring theatres at the moment, and I've just taken DS to see it.

Something is puzzling me though - the girl who plays Mona Arizona looks familiar. I think she was the teacher in the 'randoms' sweets advert, where she tells the mum and dad at parents evening that their child could become a 'squidgy chess piece'. Does anybody know if it's the same woman? It's one of those little things that is going to bug me until I know!!

I've no idea but it was the very worst thing I have taken my children to see - I felt embarrassed for the cast frankly.

It wasn't great, was it! You'd think they'd build up a bit of suspense at the fire, seeing as it was 'Fireman Sam', rather than a bit of cloth flapping above an orange torch and a puff of dry ice! Would have been nice to have some familiar songs too - 'Red is for danger' etc.

DS was mesmerised though.
